Project Supervision
Our project supervision service is provided to complement your contractors already built in and costed management provision.
We will discuss with you at the onset of the project your requirements in terms of project supervision.
We can assist the realisation of the project, from tendering the works, supervising the contractor on site and help him resolving issues.
If we are helping with the procurement of your furniture and soft furnishings we supervise the installation, oversee deliveries, through
to final sign-off.
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment - Selections & Specifications
FF&E is the essential furnishing and styling phase and involves realising the design concept through careful selection of furniture, soft furnishings, fabrics, light fittings, artwork, specialist finishes, as well as bespoke commissioned pieces.
Each item chosen for you will be individually curated to accentuate and blend into the newly designed spaces,
to provide considered, harmonious and co-ordinated interiors while meeting your requirements and budget.
Our specialist knowledge and network of quality suppliers means we source the best and most appropriate products for your new interior.
Our FF&E service will complete and bring to life your space and the new design in ways that will delight and amaze you.

Procurement & Supply
Our procurement service is cohesive and covers every detail at a complex and time-consuming stage.
The service involves purchasing, consolidating deliveries, co-ordinating with contractors, dealing with damages and resolving issues.
Our experience ensures the smoothest supply process
plus your project and budget will benefit from our relationships with trade suppliers.
Procurement can include fit-out supply items (such as kitchens, fitted lighting, flooring) and also FF&E items (such as sofas, tables, soft furnishings).
